What is a Life Coach?

Coaching can help you to meet the goals that you have for yourself when you take the time to develop a solid relationship with a coaching professional. It is the coach’s objective to motivate you and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. From an outside standpoint, a coach may be able to see areas of concern that you are not able to discern. In that sense, the process raises your awareness of a different way to handle things in your life or business.

How do I know Life Coaching is right for me?

Life coaching can benefit those who have a goal or set of goals that they need help achieving. Generally speaking, life coaching is a present or future mode of self-improvement.  This means we focus on how to change things you do now and how to meet goals and aspirations in the future.

Individuals who are seeking to heal past issues or trauma would be better using a licensed counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist, but life coaching may be used in tandem with other professionals to achieve your personal present or future goals.

Can I use my insurance?

No. At this time  Zen Cat LLC does not accept payment from insurances and cannot submit bills to your insurance company on your behalf.

What is included in the first free session?

The first free session is:

  • 50 minutes long
  • To review your situation and ensure that you and the life coach are a good fit.
  • To establish if you are eligible for coaching.
  • To establish the coaching agreement and an Individual Coaching Plan.
  • To determine your coaching goals.
  • To schedule the first official coaching session.

Do I need to come to the Zen Cat life coaching office?

No. Zen Cat LLC, Life Coaching is a virtual office. Sessions will be over the phone or will utilize video conference (Facetime, Zoom, Skype or a similar program). Email correspondence will be used for the exchange of information or appointment reminders.

Does using a Life Coach work?

Yes! People who hire a qualified life coach find many improvements in their life; such as better work/life balance, higher levels of resiliency, discover the freedom to explore freely and try new things.

How do I pay for my coaching sessions?

Currently, we accept Pay Pal and Apple Pay. If you need to pay by check, arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.
